John joined UnitedHealth Group in December 1998 as a member of its operating committee and managed the Company’s capital markets relationships from that time through August 2019. His efforts contributed to the company’s successes in business positioning and strategy, leadership, innovation, capital deployment, communications and social responsibility. During his tenure, UnitedHealth Group’s market capitalization grew from $8B to approximately $250B, while annual revenues increased from $17B to $242B.
