Mr. Rickert is an early stage investor and board member, with founding investments across the technology spectrum including SaaS, backup and recovery, voice recognition, cloud billing, cloud storage, industry-specific cloud platforms, network management, social media, alternative energy, nanotechnology, and IoT.
He previously served as a business attorney and Co-Chair of United States Private Equity at DLAPiper, with over 30 years of in-depth experience and leadership of a broad range of corporate debt and equity financings, leveraged buyouts, IPOs, M&A transactions, workouts and restructurings and general counsel services for emerging technology companies.
